Small Group Personal Training

Our Bilt small group personal training classes have a maximum

of 6 clients per class. 

Each class is a personal training style workout that allows clients to get hands on training from a certified personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.

Each class is designed to burn fat and help tone muscles.

All classes are designed around three different types of training: 

INTERVAL TRAINING

TO INCREASE FAT BURN & WEIGHT-LOSS

WEIGHT TRAINING

TO INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE & INCREASE METABOLISM

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

TO IMPROVE CORE STRENGTH & INCREASE FLEXIBILITY

1 FREE GROUP CLASS PER WEEK: REISDENTS ONLY 

Residents of Bilt properties receive one free group fitness class per week. If you are a resident click the button below to claim your free weekly class.
