Our Personal Training Session Structure​​​
At Bilt Wellness we break up our personal training session into 2 parts:

1. Resistance Training (With Your Trainer)
Based on your fitness goals, your trainer will guide you through a series of exercises that may include:

2. Assigned Cardio Routine (On Your Own Following Each Session)
A cardio routine performed after a resistance training workout can significantly amplify the benefits by promoting fat loss, improving cardiovascular health, and increasing endurance. Cardio routines will be assigned by your trainer and modified each week to help you achieve your goals.
Together, these practices create a comprehensive fitness regimen that not only sculpts and strengthens the body but also enhances overall well-being and vitality.
