For a long time, I worked hard in the gym and expected results to follow. They didn’t. What finally moved the needle wasn’t more effort, it was changing how I approached the process.

I used to train without paying attention to what or how much I was eating. Turns out, you can’t out-train poor nutrition. Once I started treating food as fuel instead of filler, my body finally responded.
