Bilt 30

BILT 30 is a small group fitness class that has a maximum of 4 clients per class.

BILT 30 is a 30-minute personal training style workout that allows clients to get hands on training from a certified personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.

Each class is designed to burn fat and help tone muscles.

All classes are designed around three different types of training: 

INTERVAL TRAINING

TO INCREASE FAT BURN & WEIGHT-LOSS

WEIGHT TRAINING

TO INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE & INCREASE METABOLISM

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

TO IMPROVE CORE STRENGTH & INCREASE FLEXIBILITY

What makes BILT 6 different from other fitness classes?

 

A maximum of 4 clients per class.

The average american fitness class allows up to 

30 clients per class!! Despite what anyone may tell you, there is no way one trainer can properly coach 30 people at a time. BILT 30 classes have a limit of 4 clients per class so we can keep an eye on each participant. We can ensure proper form and make sure each client is challenging themselves to get the most out of each workout.   

ACHIEVE RESULTS IN 35 MINUTES

Each BILT 30 class is 30 minutes in length. 

After 7 years of classes and personal training sessions we have found that 30 minutes is more than enough time to achieve an outstanding workout. Since we do not have to instruct a large number of clients we are able to treat each class as if it were a personal training session and each client the full attention they deserve. 

Fitness class packages are availble for use at any Bilt Wellness property.

BILT : MOBILE APPLICATION

Unlike any group fitness class on the market, we have our own application that will illustrate class times, which workout we will be doing each day, as well as a description and video clip of how to do each exercise. This application will allow clients to preview the workout before attending class and record their personal results after each class.

Clients can even complete this workout on their own without coming to the actual class!!!

 TRAINER INCLUDED IN EVERY CLASS

One of our qualified Bilt Wellness trainers will always be there during set class times to guide, motivate and push you to get the most out of  every workout. 

BUT DO NOT FORGET...

Thanks to our mobile application clients will always be able to perform the workout on their own time on their mobile application!
