Hi, Bilt Wellness community! My name is Frank Ruggiero, owner of Bilt Wellness, and I’m thrilled to kick off the Bilt Community—a weekly resource created to inspire, inform, and empower you on your wellness journey.



Whether you're new to fitness or already living an active lifestyle, this blog is designed to provide you with actionable tools, insights, and motivation to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.


Through this blog, I’ll share not only my knowledge but also the expertise of our amazing wellness team. Since starting Bilt Wellness in 2016, we’ve been fortunate to work with thousands of people, helping them improve their health through better nutrition, effective workouts, and a focus on overall happiness. Together, we’ve transformed over 40 communities across Florida into hubs of wellness and support

    In Section 2, we’ll dive into practical tools and solutions that Bilt Wellness offers to help you put the weekly topic into action. From workout strategies to nutrition tips, this is where we’ll equip you with everything you need to start seeing results.


  3. Cardio Routine of the Week

    Each blog will close with the Cardio Routine of the Week—a specific workout designed to help you burn calories and stay consistent. These routines are the same ones we assign to our personal training clients and are tailored for both beginners and advanced fitness levels. You can use them after workouts or as standalone sessions to keep progressing toward your goals.
